Fast
What day will you fast this week?
We're asking that you continue to fast one day per week. If you're able, do a water only fast. If you're unable due to health restrictions, consider fasting one meal for your fasting day, or fasting entertainment (social media, tv, news, sports, etc) instead. The heart behind fasting is to make space for more of Jesus. Our awareness of how much we need him grows as we realize we need him even more than food. Our desire for him grows as we encounter him and taste and see that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8).
