Jesus is speaking. Prophetic words are simply something that the Lord speaks through other people. While they are in no way equal to scripture, they are certainly scriptural. We believe these collection of words are from the Lord. While they are not everything God is saying about Praise, they give us a good sampling and convey repeated themes of God's heart for us.
We encourage you to be praying into these words, meaning prophetic words aren't necessarily automatic and we want to steward what God has given us well. As Paul instructs Timothy, so we should also recall and keep with the prophecies made about us to help us fight well, hold on to faith and even avoid shipwreck.
Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well, holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith.
1 Timothy 1:18-19

PROPHETIC WORDS
Hello! During practice for family worship today I felt the Lord gave me a word for your church. Though to the human eye there may be ‘empty space’ in the sanctuary (today it was only us so there was empty space), a lot is happening in the Spirit. I know you have a vision of really seeking Jesus and ministering to him, and that not everyone will necessarily like it: but God has a purpose for this season. I got a mental picture of an angel wiping the carpet on the step leading to the platform: the Lord is doing a cleansing work here. The Lord also gave me Philippians 4:18 “They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.” Be encouraged-he loves you, and your sacrifice is pleasing to him :) He sees. Luke 7:36-50

While we were worshipping, I saw a translucent throne as wide and high as the sanctuary, filling the sanctuary. Jesus sat down in the throne and when he did, the weight of his glory filled the room and no one could stand upright. Then I heard the Lord say, “Did you not ask to see my glory? I will do it. I will do it."

I just saw the church from above. It was a brilliant, beautiful, blue sky, clear day and the roof was blown like exploded off. And there was a thick pillar of cloud like how God led the Israelites in the desert. It was completely filling the hole in the roof, extending up to heaven, like God’s presence leading people that are far from Him, people in wilderness to this place. And His presence abiding here not just visitation but habitation.

He had a dream that Praise Cathedral was so full of people, that others were waiting outside to get in.

He has given you a vision. And although it may bring about some naysayers, brush them off (“Dust off your feet.” - Matthew 10:14). The vision was not given to them and their lack of eyesight is not your concern and should not drive any decision you make. The vision He has given you is a timely one. You’ve said yes to Him and each step of obedience is a vital one. Don’t delay. Delayed obedience is disobedience. Your voice is meant to be heard, designed by your Creator to be a beacon.

Keep Hoping. Keep dreaming. Keep pursuing the divine nature of God. He sees you He sees your heart and His love for you outshines the sun! You choose the better thing and oh how He loves your example. He is pleased. Don’t let what you see in the natural get you OFF COURSE. You are on the right path - you are paving the way for a future thing - not far off - but future. You are laying down a foundation from the blueprint He has given you. When we follow the path of obedience we need not worry about other things. They are only hinderances attempting to slow you down and trip you up. Kick that rubble off your path and keep going. He is making a way through you … for others. He says “I am well pleased with you, faithful one. I see you. The Creator of the stars sees you and is pleased.”

God is carving out a place for himself. He’s marking this place as a house, as a place of his own, a place of his presence, a place where he can dwell, a place where he’s welcome. A place that he’ll get accustomed to and we’ll get accustomed to him and that takes time. Not just one night, it takes time again and again and again.

If you fill my house with praise, I will fill it with people.
